Kizzy Okoukoni, founder and CEO of Flash Property Group, has enjoyed a successful career in the Education and Property Industries. Moving from Secondary School Teaching to Real Estate cemented his skills of relationship management and customer service whilst building on a natural ability for Sales. With strong communication and a determination to deliver results, Kizzy has thrived in the Real Estate sector in the UK, Cape Verde and Australia.

Kizzy is a business minded individual who thrives in a customer-focused, fast paced environment. His ability to secure new business and maintain and maximize income streams secures maximum value for his clients. Kizzy jumped at the chance to start his own Real Estate brand - Flash Property Group in 2017 and he hasn’t looked back since. His knowledge and commitment is second to none and putting deals together brings personal satisfaction on a daily basis. Kizzy holds qualifications as a Trainer and Assessor, Sales Coach, Licensed Estate Agent, Auctioneer, NLP practitioner and Keynote Speaker. As a husband and father of three active young kids, Kizzy can manage most situations! In his free time he enjoys passing on his love of “real football”, shooting some hoops or chasing the kids on their scooters.
